I think to improve this team in the coming years, the scouts need to look for young players that hit line drives like DJ, and Andujar, and not try to yank everything out like Sanchez, and Stanton (though we didn’t draft Stanton, so I can’t blame them for that), but I believe it all starts in the minors where players are still young and raw enough to listen and learn to adapt to not swing at pitches a foot outside the strike zone.
