5, Hiding behind the veil of fiscal responsibility. Fiscal responsibility doesn't beat the Astros in the ALCS or whomever before that.

Management has a choice. They can continue with their fiscal plan and not win another WS or they can incur the greater tax and give themselves a chance to win it all. I don't believe they can do that with their current roster.
