If they blow this 17 1/2 game lead, yes he definitely should get fired! It is the manager’s job to inspire his team to play their best! After getting off to such a big lead, all they have to do is play .500 ball the rest of the way, they’re not even doing that, and I personally hold Boone responsible. If he doesn’t have the gonads to go to Cashman and tell him his a-hole crew sucks, he shouldn’t be managing this team! You hire a manager to lead and guide a team, not just be a figurehead!
