Offer him a contract tomorrow!!!

Yes I know that, but there is no reason at all why the Yankees can't offer him a contract tomorrow and not go through the arbitration case.

It would be totally foolish if they didn't do that and instead proceeded with the ridiculous arbitration case that would only increase the chances of Judge leaving the Bronx!
