The Jays lost Ray & Seimen while signing Gausman - a of 7 WAR, they have not replaced Seimen and Kevin is no Robbie. In addition to the Yankees not making a big-money signing, neither have to Dodgers or the Sux. After midnight tomorrow there will be more signings until the new CBA is signed.
