His first outing of the year Masa threw 51 pitches in 2 2/3 innings - a leadoff walk to Beneti and a tad sloppy play on a hard hit double by Bogearts cut the lead to 5-2 - 2 outs and a runner on 2nd Boone went to the pen. Reading the body language - well it would be censored, he was not a happy guy. Give him credit for being back in action less than a month after taking one off the head, going through concussion protocol. His first two innings were vintage Tank.
