it can be done - if I understand the immunity was for 2017 but definitely lying terminates any immunity - I know that much about law (actually more from those days as a legal secretary to a City Judge & then ADA) All Tony Clark has to do is tell Manfred the innocent players want the guilty punished and give the players' association support to it.
