DJ signed with the Yankees knowing his job was to be the "floater" IFer to give Miggy (at the time) Gleyber, Tulo a day off - injuries to 3/4 pushed him into the every day 2nd sacker. When Didi returns to SS, Gley will slide over to 2nd & DJ will assume to role he signed to do. These things always have a way of working out.
