Of course he would or maybe longer he gets worse every year and now it's cost us two games at least in the ALCS - been saying for at least 2 years he has to go even before Girardi. Just listen to Boone's statements - we didn't wanted Sabathia to pitch to Bradley Jr = totaling ignoring the fact that C was struggling in the first two innings & then hits Benitenti. I might get too emotional which I why I'm not a coach or manager but Rothchild is paid to see these things - time to incorporate the human element with sabermetrics IF WE WANT TO WIN.
