Well, consider yourself extremely lucky... I'm still feeling the effects from a 15 minute walk in the park with my dog yesterday. I have a cough in my throat right now that's similar to what I had during the months after 9/11. They say we might get relief tomorrow (Friday) with the AQI. Right now where I am on Long Island it's 143. I still smell it, but it a whole lot better than yesterday!
Yes, it's definitely being caused by a change in the jet stream..
