Since I'm not a doctor I refuse to get into the Sanchez bashing. I know if I was in the middle of game the adrenalin would take over in spite of an early injury - you play through thinking it will go away. Who wants to miss time??? You think you're helping instead of hindering your team until the rush ends & you're left with the pain & injury.
