I didn't hear Cone's commentary because I was at the game tonight, but I'll say this...

The last thing I want from my broadcaster is a bunch of "homers" wearing rose colored glasses.

Thanks to Prime Video, I've been forced to not only watch the Yankee game in a small box surrounded by seven other games on my TV screen, but I'm also forced to hear the opponent's broadcasting team... Talk about Homer Central!! Their bias is so nauseating that it makes me appreciate the YES team all the more.

Just watch and listen to the late Hawk Harrelson (who used to do Yankee games on Sportchannel back in the 1980's) do Chicago White Sox broadcasts... His "Homerism" It's enough to make you puke! (Unless you like your broadcasters to sound like fans and not professionals)
