That is the one thing I miss about George not being around. He was not going to let the Luxury Tax keep him from getting the best players for his team. I think he would’ve told Cashman to get him Soto and Castillo or not to come back until he did. I honestly think he was not afraid to pay the Luxury tax if he was able to have a perennial winner.
