First, the Yankees start their four game series with the Asstros on Thursday night, not Friday night.

It does suck that the Asstros will get to New York earlier than the Yankees even with the longer flight from Houston, but I have to believe that whoever is pitching for the Yankees on Thursday night will probably watch Wednesday night's game in his home in New York.

Since I never played a baseball game on turf, I can't say whether it would be a better choice to wear plastic cleats or metal spikes. With that said though, plastic cleats might be better than metal spikes to wear for safety purposes, as I would imagine a metal spiked shoe could easily get caught in the turf and tear up a player's knee really bad.
