as they say the biggest jump is from AAA to the majors - we've seen guys tear up AAA and come up not being able to hit the FB; and we've seen some struggle at AAA and tear it up in the majors. Kluber should have have one more start in AAA to stretch out beyond the 70 pitch limit - but the huge problem is keeping Heaney who is a gopher ball throwing machine.

Time to get our priorities set - there is little chance of catching the Pekies for the division - we need to focus on maintaining the 1st spot for the WC and have the rotation set up for Cole in the W/C. Taillon, Montgomery, Gil & Kluber need to sharpen up their effectiveness.

Yes Kevin - Velazquez will be on the bench when Gleyber returns. At least it's the beginning of September and not the end when they're trying to work these guys back into the lineup. Remember how things imploded with Gary Sheffield - coming back the last week and Joe Torre screwed the cohesion by inserting him bacck in the lineup.
