it's not 3 or 4 hours a day - there's the practices, workouts, etc Managers & coaches arrive 3 or 4 hurs before game time and are there late, players filter in a couple hours before the game for conditioning & prep
. If it's the anaylitcs team telling him not to play a game, then maybe they use tell not to play in ASG.
