Lets go Tampa Bay!!! Clap, Clap... Clap! Clap! Clap!

This is a very difficult thread for me to post for obvious reasons...


Reason number 1: The Tampa Bay Rays have been a house of horrors for the New York Yankees over the last several seasons including last year's walk off elimination of our New York Yankees advancing to the World Series.

Reason number 2: The Tampa BRADY Buccaneers just won the Super Bowl this past winter with Boston's former legendary quarterback, Tom Brady.

Reason number 3: The Tampa Bay Lightning just eliminated the New York Islanders for the second season in a row, which stopped them from advancing to the Stanley Cup Finals that begin tonight which could have started inside The Barn on Long Island, and I very well would've been there tonight!


So why on earth am I rooting for a team from Tampa Bay???

The answer is simple.... The Tampa Bay Lightning are facing the MONTREAL CANADIENS!!! in the 2021 Finals tonight, and it's much more important to me that the 27 time World Champions New York Yankees maintain their THREE championship lead over the 24 time Stanley Cup Champions Montreal Canadiens!!!!!

Ever since the Yankees won the 1999 World Series for their 25th World Championship, I have taken great pride in my number one favorite team being the most successful team in professional sports history!!!

So please Tampa Bay Lightning... Win your second consecutive Stanley Cup (off the backs of the New York Islanders) and the third Stanley Cup in your franchise's history, and PREVENT the Montreal Canadiens inching closer to the New York Yankees in total World Championships!!!!!!!
