Understood. Me getting to Yankee Stadium...more of a dream than anything else . I might be overstating this ever so slightly but it would be kind of sort of like a version of heaven to me(especially on a sunny blue sky day game). As often as possible I worship them from afar right in my living room. Hitman did you get to the Old Yankee Stadium of The Bronx Zoo and the Core 4?by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Awesome pix of two awesome Yankees fans and TYB members!!! Even though our beloved Yankees lost yesterday I hope you all enjoyed the day at the Stadium. The Bombers definitely made it interesting although they came up short. Pineda's a head scratcher. Thought since he was back at the Stadium he'd give us a solid performance. Alas that was not to be We must keep our chins up!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Chapman looked good closing this one out even if he didn't get the statistical save. Al Leiter was right in saying during tonight's Tyler meltdown...the Yankees gotta get Clippard right.by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
thank you toga for passing that info along...great inside stuff that I am often unaware of especially the happenings down on the farm which are far more notable for me now that the whole farm system has been replenished with blue chip young talentby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
to tonight's matchup...looks intriguing and possibly juicy...Severino vs A's left-hander Sean Manaea whose numbers look respectable...6-3, 3.67 ERA I must admit my ignorance from a jab I made at the Angel's Shoemaker(who it turns out is the ace of their staff right now, so what do I know?by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Pineda and Aaron Judge for us and Matt(Willie)j/k Willie was a legendary jockey) Shoemaker for the Orange County Angelsby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
what is everybody saying about our chances tonight??? 6 14 2017? anyone know who the probables are for us and them?by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Didn't get to catch Severino's performance tonight but from the box score it looked pretty good and the comments from the announcers sounded positive. Hats Off to you, Seve!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Dat Judge HR was epic! he is so much fun to watch play baseball right now! also was really great see Adam Warren come up with a strong performance today tooby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
great pic, Hitman, great pic!!!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
it really was an amazing grab!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
looked outstanding, especially the last at batby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
it's early I know and it is way too soon to be pushing a panic button at this point but....all that said I still have "concerns" about Tank being able to shoulder the responsibility of being the no. 1 starter I guess the Yanks have to work with the pitchers they do have, not the ones they'd like. Just curious how you all feel about Tank being the ace (or no.1) of the staff? Iby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
I think it's okay if we don't see Danny Duffy again for awhileby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Shakes you weren't kidding about that "good" pitcher part in your question about tonight's KC starter, Danny Duffy. C'mon Yankees let's get something going!!!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Thanks for all of your hard work and whoever else might have been helping to get the forum message board back in business, Shaky G.!!!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Awesome pic, Hitman!!!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Wow! the last two games have been such a kick to watch for April baseball. Here come Da Judge indeed and Gardner, and Ellsbury and Castro and Romineby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
I thought they were gonna pull it out on a nice Sunday afternoon...alas, it was not to be. Sox coming up, hopefully it's a great series for the Yanks against their arch rival. Aaron Judge has been unbelievably exciting to watch hasn't he?by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Go Yankees!!!!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
sorry, I think I must have misunderstood what Francesa was saying. I was really just asking a general question about why he would be down on 'these guys' meaning all these young players we have now put in the lineup? They give me reason to hope and reason to think about the future positively. The Yankees may be a longshot for the playoffs this year but I feel energized that there are now a loby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
you mean Mike Francesa? why would he be down on these guys? yeah they are gonna make mistakes but isn't that part of the learning curve for young players? Geez, I forgot to give Torreyes some love too!!!by Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
very exciting to be going with the youth movement and be making noise in the division simultaneously. I am now enjoying the Yankees as much as I have in years because of Sanchez(what he is doing right now is other worldly), Judge, Cessa, Austin and, today's effort notwithstanding, Chad Green. The infusion of youth has been like a shot of adrenalin for this team(and me)...I hope they can keepby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Shaky G how do I add a picture or image to my signature like toga and Hitman23 have been able to do? As you might have guessed when I do figure out how to do it I will be using a photo or image of one of my all time favorite pitchers, Ron Guidry!!! Thanksby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
Even in the Yankee Universe it is possible that moves will have to be made with an eye to the future betterment of the team...it's okay with me. Difficult as they might be at times to watch in the next season and a half long term we have acquired some excellent prospects(some blue chippers perhaps?) and set the up the club for future success. I'm going to continue to enjoy the ride as best Iby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
just l'il ol' me, Gator back up and hopefully running question for y'all and toga may possibly already have posted this question earlier but I did not see the reply to that question...how does 1 get the small Yankees insignia beside your username whenever you post something? it's not the avatar that I am referring to either...it is the small graphic or image that appears directly to the leby Gator - TheYankeesBoard.com
