can't believe I say this but he did the right thing in firing Jared Porter as GM. I always criticiqed woman for "sleeping their way to the top" but for men to continually send explicit texts & pictures to woman when she doesn't respond & probably asked him to stop is IMO a form of sexual abuse - he was with other organizations like the Cubs (Theo Espstein was his boss) = hard to believe no one knew he was a pervert.
