My thoughts on DJ - if you’re going to pay $300 mil plus to a guy who only plays every 4-5 days, you’d better sign the guy who I thought was the best player on this team both this year and last year, and who would play every game of the season if they’d let him. He is the epitome of a major league all-star. When a home run is needed, he’ll go for it, when a base hit is needed, he’ll go the other way and forget about pulling the ball. This man deserves to be signed to a contract that will keep him a Yankee til he decides to retire, he’s that good!
