The afterglow of Cole Train debut with a W - though in rain shortened game - feels awesome. I'm going on the record after Gerrit's not only post game comments but his thoughts since ST, he's been giving Gary Sanchez credit for getting him through rough spots when he doesn't have that total domination. Tonight he gave Gary kudos for helping him through the 'butterflies' while he was settling in to his biggest fan moment. They work so well together - Gary is doing what the best catchers do. So if he's struggling at the plate, let's not start ragging on Sanchez. He will get those hits, those bombs - but his important job is working with the pitching staff in this shortened season - every game is important so if the pitchers are happy with him behind the plate - he's doing his job. Now let's see how Pax does following his back surgery in real baseball -
