With 7 days until the 2020 MLB seasom is scheduled to begin, at least 2 teams are having a problem with clearance from local governments. Los Angeles & DC are refusing to bend quarantine regulations. In DC anyone who exposed to COVID (that means if a player tests positive the entire team) they must be quarantined for 14 days. The Nats are seeking a solutioon along with MLB: are possible sites are Fredericksburg, Va and (hold on to your pants) West Palm Beach where cases are still spiking in record numbers. Can you really fault the government for safety precautions? On the other hand, this is a monkey wrench
