Yankees minor-league pitcher Denny Larrondo was the first professional baseball player to test positive for coronavirus, a source confirmed Monday. The 17-year-old right-hander from Cuba was signed by the Yankees in 2018 and pitched 12 games for the Yankees’ Gulf Coast League team last season.
