Usually would be a new thread but this was part of today's disucssion. In the days of FA & players opting for the big buck bucks - it was so nice to hear that Brett Gardner is not going any where- he plans to retire a Yankee & will take it year to year. The team does have an option for next year.
On another note, we've seen bats fly into the stands a couple of rows but not so much with the screens - Sanchez sailed one up and way over way back and while all eyes were on the bat, Gleyber stole 3rd base & scored on a grounder. Sux fielding is rather sloppy in the first.
