On Tuesday, the 6-foot-8 righty took to Instagram to share some words of gratitude for the Yankees organization as well as their fans, for the "memories and milestones" he and his team made along the way.
"Thank You to the New York Yankees for allowing me to live out my dream as a professional baseball player," Betances wrote.
"I want to thank all my teammates, coaches and staff members - you are family, and I love you guys. To the Yankees fans, thank you for all your support throughout the years.
