I saw that interview with Buck = but actions speak louder than words. Machado's actions tell a different story. With the WS on the line - he doesn't run out balls; not one but two base running offenses that question his ethics. That's not the example we need younger players to see - they need to see the Jeters/Gardners who run out every ball - stay aggressive on every play. Maybe tomorrow we'll know more but I'm not impressed by the person Manny Machado has shown . Agreed his talent can be off the charts BUT NOT if he doesn't maximize his potential.
