Before Judge went on the IL, he played in all 26 games since returning to the lineup, this will be his first day off and with the off day tomorrow, Boone thought this would be a good time for him to do it. Apparently no injury - Boone and Judge have developed a good rapport so when the manager told his star, he would give him today off, Judge offered no objection not even to be DH.
