Aroldis Chapman will rest his tendonitis inflamed knee during the All Star break. He will make the trip to DC to be introduced but the decision was made to rest the knee as much as he can for the stretch run. Astros Morton will replace him while Blake Snell of Tampa replaces Kluber.
