Stanton I believe has a no trade clause and not sure he wants to play for the Angels. Trout doesn't want to leave the Angels either so doesn't seem like that will happen - but nice thought.

As for Schmidt, I didn't envision him as the 2 starter - Cole, Schmidt, Cortes, Germain - any volunteers for the 5th starter
