I'd be leary going for Nate - the Sux offered him a qualifying offer so we'd lose draft picks to them - those are the guys who come back to haunt us. We're still paying for losing Whitlock to them in the Rule 5. Bottom line I don't trust the Sux in any deal Maybe go for Manea or Bassit - Rodon is the only top pitcher still available. IF he is set on a 7 year deal, not sure the Yankees want to tie up another extended contract- think I heard we were offering around 5 years whichis plenty.
