He said last Friday that the American League cut off in making the playoffs was most likely 89 wins. That would mean the Yankees would have to go 23-12 the rest of the way. Even as a diehard fan of the New York Yankees, I find that 89 win total a bit hard to believe in.
It would've been nice to have swept the O's this weekend, but it just didn't happen. Oh, well. It's off to KC now to face the RED HOT Royals.
