read between the lines there - more like they haven't had all members together - each one is doing their diligent scouting & probably touching base with Cash as necessary with Cash reporting to Hal as needed. When all reports are ready, they will get together maybe via zoom if necessary IF there is to be a big acquisition/trade. Smaller stuff Cash has pretty much carte blanche- he knows when to bring in Hal for discussion or consultation.
