No Yankee baseball today so why not have a little fun - give it some thought. With 20 games without an off day ahead - remember got through 23 games in 22 in good shape, we have 2 pitchers on the verge of coming off the IL. Chapman has started to throw and Germain is getting close also. Holmes will most likely get the bulk of closer roles - but appearing in 3 in a row doesn't happen much. Chapman has to prove himself to even pitch in close games; Germain has always been a starter and is being stretched out during rehab. Right now the rotation has been strong and effective - not perfect but for the most part quality starts. The pen has been doing it's job Who goes down to make room? Guessing Marinaccio and Schmdit. Baneulous could get consideration - remember it's going to be someone who has options to S/WB. Somehow though these things always have a way of working out which is why managers don't like to discuss or play what if games.
