face the owners are divided amongst themselves - small markets teams like KC, Tampa, Miami have different interests than the big markets like LA, NYC & ChowdahTown Maybe instead of expanding the leagues they should consider reducing the majors and consolidate the minors with the small market teams that don't want to use the luxury tax to improve the teams.
