Johnny Damon blew over twice the legal limit in Florida DUI arrest

Johnny Damon found himself behind bars on Friday after he was arrested for driving under the influence.

The former Yankees and Red Sox outfielder had a blood alcohol level above .20, more than twice the legal limit in the state, .08, at the time of his Friday morning arrest by Windermere Police.

The Orlando, Fla. native was charged with DWI and resisting an officer without violence, according to police reports.

The 47-year-old Damon played 18 seasons in the big leagues, spending most of his career with the Royals, Red Sox and Yankees. He was a two-time All-Star and two-time World Series champion, winning a title with the Yankees and Red Sox.
