Does anyone in the front office read fan mail?

I mean do even the lowly secretaries read any fan mail before they shred them instead of passing it up the ladder? I mean how do the players react to what we’re thinking? Someone’s job has to be to go through fan mail and relay what we’re thinking, instead of just counting the money. DAMN!
