The current CBA expires in 6 months and the players' association filed a lawsuit against MLB for the shortened 2020 season which has been countersued saying the COVID circumstances called for the 60-game season. We remember all the back & forth arguments because info was 'leaked' by one side or the other trying to gain the sympathy of the public. It's obvious there is bad blood between the two and this can't be good for the game nor the fans.
It's early but we have to prepare for the worse -the bright side is it shouldn't interfere with 2021 and at some point the Yankees will get their mojo together & play to the back of their cards & live up to the potential they have shown in the past.
