wish- your wives & mothers a greata day for me. Stopped at DD on the way to the cemetery with roses for Mom & Laurie - two young guys (probably early 20s) were ahead of me. One turns around sees the flowers & it dawns on him so he wishes me a HMD - after a TU I said make sure to do the same for your mother - he replies we're going rafting and won't get home till late- besides our mothers are in Chicago. I simply said then call her - we kept chatting & as they were leaving I reminded them to make that call & they promised- kids don't realize until they lose their Mother & then it's too late
