Any fresh news on DJ?

So, my fellow eastern boarders, is there any fresh news on the the DJ re-signing? What is the main hold up regarding this issue? Money? Length of contract? There's always the possibility of 4 years with an option for a fifth. I've seen it done with other players, it shouldn't be that big of a deal breaker.
