let's not forget MLB owners & the players' association need to agree to terms also - there is a lot to accomplish in a couple of weeks in order for training to begin before mid June - they figure 3 weeks will be needed to get players game readying. Probably looking at more pitchers at least to begin expanding the 26 man roster for pitchers to regain duribility in arm strength to throw 100 pitches or so.
