Stanton's contract was originated by the Marlins and they still pay a portion of his contract. Unfortunately Stanton became unbelievably injury prone and suddenly couldn't run at all.

Bellinger could follow those same footsteps later in his career. His spring coiled swing could produce back problems in his mid thirties IMO.
