The Yankees are trying to get out of paying $26 mil because the idiot went to not approved doctors - the person who hasn't played in 2 seasons is going to sue the Team. Would that be like me suing my HMO or insurance company because I went to an out of plan doctor or hospital??? He 'stole' enough $$$$ from the Yankees & their insurance company.
