Why is it so hard for relievers to throw strikes?

Use the fielders you’ve got behind you! These guys like Tarpley and Lyon come out of the pen, and it’s like they can’t throw strikes, walking people left and right. Just put the ball over the plate and let your fielders help you out! That’s what they get paid for. I hate it when these relievers come in and can’t throw the ball over the plate!
