Behind LaMahieu and Voit, I think he was the most responsible for the 1st half success. Like LeMahieu, he's a contact hitter and had many timely hits and has shown he has power.

Unfortunately he is in a catch-22 with his number of trips up and down to S/WB. The Yanks brought up Tauchman this last move.

Different player, but the name Jay Buhner keeps coming to mind. One they let get away.
