We knew Greg Bird would be activated for tonight's game - but I doubt anyone expected Ronald Torreyes to be optioned to S/WB. Toe was a key bench player & IF replacement in 2017 and doing another good job this season. Most guesses have circulated around Tyler Austin & Neil Walker both of whom have shown some solid or clutch hits & fielding.
