Claudell Washington

A name that goes back tto a career that began in Oakland in 1974 and ended in 1990 as a Yankee. Washigton played 4 years in pinstripes and might be remembered for hitting the 10,000 Yankee home rune. Washington passed away this morning at age 65 after a brief illness. He also played for the Muts & Braves during his 17 year career and make a cameo appearance in Ferris Beueller's Day Off.
