If you watched last night & saw Luis Cessa taken out in the 5th inning, this shouldn't come as a surprise. Early reports eliminated the arm, shoulder, elbow as sources of the injury/pain- diagnosis is a ribcage injury. Caleb Smith has been recalled from S/WB.
