I agree with Hitman - stay with getting younger & don't mortgage the fam for the quick fix. If we can get Gray w/o giving up Torres or Frasier - ok. Remember going into 2017 no one expected the kids to take charge for another year or two - w019 was the target date. What we're getting now is the cherry on top - the youth movement is here. CC will probably be gone along with Pineda in 2018. If Tanaka can continue pitching like his last two games & Severino stays focused, adding Garcia could put us in descent shape. Caleb Smith might need some seasoning; he's mechanics are a tad off along with stretching out. Jordy is still learning but has a good season. I really don't want Verlander but it's intriguing if Detroit would take on Ellsbury. Darvish just be a fit to see him & Tank challenge each other in the Japanese tradition.
