Cash has announced the reason Pineda is not in the rotation this weekend or in fact the remainder of this season. He has suffered a torn UCL and may require TJ surgery, not good news for Michael in his walk year. Though Nathan Evoldi managed to get a descent deal after his surgery & release. With Mitch getting the nod for Sunday afternoon on YES, Cash did not rule out the possibility that Chance Adams could be getting a call to the Bronx before too long.
